Susan Pearce is Realtor who has dedicated her life to helping others. Her previous career as a registered nurse (RN) provides her with a special, heightened level of understanding of her clients which enables her to meet all their individual needs. She strives to be her clients’ realtor for life.

Susan was married to a builder for over 20 years, and actively assisted him in his business. From land contract negotiations acquisitions, and municipal zoning/applications, to shovels in the ground and choosing finishes, Susan brings extensive experience to her Real Estate career. In addition, she has personally undertaken many renovation projects which adds to her long standing knowledge and expertise in Real Estate.

Susan is a well-known advocate for autism and the homeless, and has served on the board of Blue Door Shelters which is one of York Region’s largest homeless shelters.
